Refunds
Our products are considered perishable which means all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason other than the product is lost during shipping or an item is received damaged. This may include changing your mind of the purchase that was made or accidental purchases.
Cancellation Policy
Once we receive your order and payment is made, we cannot modify or cancel order. Please review our order before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your purchased items as soon as they arrive. If items are damaged, please contact our customer support team mossandmeadowtx@gmail.com within a week of receiving products. Our team will need photographic evidence that shows items are damaged along with their packaging. A determination will be made by our team for the replacement items ordered. If determined items were damaged, we will offer a replacement of the damaged item(s).
Lost Packages
If packages were lost during transit and is not delivered to the shipping address provided, please contact our customer service at mossandmeadowtx@gmail.com. Once determined by our staff the package is indeed lost, we will assist with filing a claim with the postal carrier.
