Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days however, during sales, new product launches, holidays and unforeseen events, it may take up to 5-10 business days to process. This does not include time in transit(shipping). Once your purchase is made, you will receive confirmation via email that you provide. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery progress.
All orders are evaluated for fraud. If an order is deemed fraudulent or risky, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original method of payment.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your purchased items as soon as they arrive. If items are damaged, please contact our customer support team mossandmeadowtx@gmail.com within a week of receiving products. Our team will need photographic evidence that shows items are damaged along with their packaging. A determination will be made by our team for the replacement items ordered. If determined items were damaged, we will offer a replacement of the damaged item(s).
Lost Packages
If packages were lost during transit and is not delivered to the shipping address provided, please contact our customer service at mossandmeadowtx@gmail.com. Once determined by our staff the package is indeed lost, we will assist with filing a claim with the postal carrier.
